Shipping Policies

• We will ship your order through UPS Ground within the United States. For international orders please call the store at 831-667-2795.
• UPS will not ship to PO Box addresses.
• Orders are shipped out Monday through Thursday before 4pm and Friday before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm PST on Friday, will be shipped out the following Monday. Due to our remote location in Big Sur, there is no weekend pickup or delivery.
• Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding Federal holidays) for packing and shipping of your order.  
• If you need it sooner, please contact us at 831-667-2795 to arrange for a faster delivery method.

Please note: Post Ranch Mercantile continues to recycle and repurpose whenever possible. As a result, your order may be sent to you in a slightly used shipping box.

Gift Wrapping
Select the"It's a Gift!" option at checkout, and we'll gladly wrap your gift and include a personal note from you. Cost of gift wrapping is a $5.00 flat fee per item.
